Historique :	Cette tapisserie paraît provenir des mêmes ateliers que la 'Folie de Charles VI'. Lors de la restauration de 1886, on rependit les tapisseries qui avaient été retirées au XVIII° siècle. On peut actuellement en admirer sept de trois époques différentes:-Une du XVIII°, tissée dans les ateliers du Centre (Aubusson) et représentant une scène de «la Jérusalem délivrée» du TASSE.-Quatre verdures des Flandres du XVII°,représentant des animaux imaginaires, appelées «tapisseries aux aristoloches».-Et enfin dans le petit salon, deux tapisseries remarquables des Flandres datées du début du XVI° siècle représentant l’une la demande de mariage d’Anne de Bretagne par Louis XII et l’autre l’attaque de folie qui saisit Charles VI en forêt du Mans.
